There are some basic tips for using your voice in communication. Firstly, your voice should be loud and audible if you are in the middle of a group of people so that everyone can hear and notice it.  A strong tone of voice explains enthusiasm and approval, but a weak tone of voice explains hesitation, disapproval, and lack of interest. Also, the tone of the voice may lead to a change in the meaning of the sentence you say, for example the sentence (I am fine). If your tone of voice is cold, this indicates that you are actually not fine, but if you say the same sentence in a bright and cheerful tone of voice, this means that you are actually fine.
